Tammy at the drive-thru could use an attitude adjustment. I don't know why everything seems to be an inconvenience for her. As a customer I do not appreciate her lack of customer service

I have had United Bank for about 6 years. The ladies at the Kernstown branch are far and away the best around and always greet you with a smile and are quick to help. They also take the time to get to know you and your family. Every time I visit I am greeted warmly and they ask about my wife and how we are doing. Huge shout out to Dee, Lori, and Tammy.
