I just wanted to share my experience with United Bank on Route 50 in Winchester, Va and give recognition to Nathaniel (and I hope I'm spelling his name right). I had an issue with an online transaction that came out of my account for $500 and I thought it was gone for good. I called the bank and talked to him, and he started handling it right away. I opened a checking account and a savings account that were not linked I did not have on line banking and I only had a debit card for my checking well I worked very hard to save money for my family and children all summer I went to the bank to deposit a check me checking account cleaned out 500.00 my savings cleanedned out 19121.00 scammed the bank let someone take all my money left me 32 cents I received a letter from the bank the bank on rt 50 saying I authorized the charges I absolutely did not authorize 20000.00 be taken... read more
I came into branch to deposit my paycheck. The older lady waited on me. She didn’t make my deposit available so when I went to get money it made me overdrawn because she didn’t mKe my fund’s available. I even asked her if they would be and she told me yes. My suggestion find a different branch to go to. This one is the worst.
