TERRIBLE BUSINESS my son has been waiting 3 months on insurance cancelation checks that were accidentally mailed to the dunbar location instead of parkersburg. 3 MONTHS!!!! he's been making payments and renting a vehicle and just today because of the dealership...not the bank they found the checks and then are terrible enough to say" we should have them processed in 10-15 more days...this has to be a joke. Who is managing this place
I banked with United just out of high school and they were awesome. Work transferred me outside their out of the service area After 30 years I came back to my hometown area and back to United Bank So glad to be back home with a bank that still treats you with the hometown feel.
