This place has been horrible to try to do business with for my mother in law, who was in her 90s..She did not drive anymore, therefore her sons and myself would help her with her daily life which including her banking..One time she sent me to cash 2 checks for her..1 was what she was giving my family for Christmas and cash for herself where she could give others christmas..She had mistakenly put the previous year as the date on 1 of the checks . It is a wonderful neighborhood bank with VERY helpful tellers and fast.
Frustrating dealing with a bank that.. #1 does not help protect your funds #2 their explanations change depending on who you are speaking to. #3 communicates incorrect information
I've had this bank for 24 years. Recently I'm charged $8 account, $4 for monthly statement fee, $6 every time I move $ from savings to checking. Right now today I'm being double charged for payments I made days ago!! And this happens ALL THE TIME!! Over it!!
