I have rented car at this place many times and I love the service and staff are very nice. Would go back there anytime I need a car.

We had a great experience renting a minivan at the John Wayne Airport with United Auto Rental. Your friendly staff and a clean car at lower cost than most car rental agencies made it a positive experience. Will rent from you again.
I had a positive experience in dealing with United Auto. They helped me when I was in a jam with letting me rent a car since I do not use major credit cards and pay cash or use my Visa Debit. I was in and out of the office and on my way. The prices seemed to be a little higher (Not by much) than some of the other big rental companies but that was to be expected because of the latter. The staff were super friendly and helpful with directions and answering questions about the area. They were prompt and checking in and out was a breeze. We got a great car for 1/3 of the price of the competitors. Save your money and go with United Auto Rental! You won't be sorry.
