Drove to the office in charlotte to find the office space is empty and that there is no real customer service offices in my area but it is still listed online as being there. Just payed off the car trying to get the title and it is next to impossible everytime I call I am told that I have to wait 3 buisness days or 5 days and when those days are up they tell me something different don’t use this place and save yourself the headache.

i paid off my car through them, and overpaid due to setting up automatic payments. they never told me i paid it off, but when i called due to confusion they explained it was paid off and I will have a check in the mail to reimburse me what i overpaid. it’s been many months now and I’ve received nothing. I’ve attempted to reach back out but it’s the same lies over and over. Blatantly stealing from people. Also their customer service is terrible, and they don’t allow refinancing. Do not recommend.

Between automated machine answering services and actual people, its been ridiculous to put it nicely. The machines can't process the remaining balance as its under $10 and apparently neither can anyone I've spoken with as I have kept getting a bill for $4.99. Best part about all of this, the car was totaled out as there was an accident and the insurance company took care of it only to get a final payment which shouldn't exist but hey that's corporations for ya, would've given a 0/5 star review if possible

I never signed the form for permission of an electronic signature of my name in the purchase of a vehicle. United Auto Credit implemented an "active loan".
