I never signed the form for permission of an electronic signature of my name in the purchase of a vehicle. United Auto Credit implemented an "active loan".

This lender should be put out of business and there should be a lawsuit against them. I bought a used vehicle that had a rebuilt title and they financed my vehicle with gap insurance I was hit by a utility truck and my vehicle was deemed a total loss, when it came time for my Gap coverage to cover the remainder balance, they told me that it wouldn't cover the rest of my loan because my title was a salvage title. I am not a customer. I called to ask a general question about why the have a lien on my paid off car that is finance through a different company? MY LOAN WAS NOT THROUGH THEM AND THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY VEHICLE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER! My car was purchase by a dealership through auction. The agent was rude, unhelpful, and kept saying he could not answer any questions bc I was a NOT customer,as I dont have a loan with them. He was defensive and unhelpful.
