Between automated machine answering services and actual people, its been ridiculous to put it nicely. The machines can't process the remaining balance as its under $10 and apparently neither can anyone I've spoken with as I have kept getting a bill for $4.99. Best part about all of this, the car was totaled out as there was an accident and the insurance company took care of it only to get a final payment which shouldn't exist but hey that's corporations for ya, would've given a 0/5 star review if possible

I never signed the form for permission of an electronic signature of my name in the purchase of a vehicle. United Auto Credit implemented an "active loan".

This lender should be put out of business and there should be a lawsuit against them. I bought a used vehicle that had a rebuilt title and they financed my vehicle with gap insurance I was hit by a utility truck and my vehicle was deemed a total loss, when it came time for my Gap coverage to cover the remainder balance, they told me that it wouldn't cover the rest of my loan because my title was a salvage title.
