I have been using Andy Harris, owner of United Attorney's Services, since I began my practice in 1982. Thirty years have passed and I have no complaints about Andy, his staff or his services. He always keeps us informed as to the status of our documents, files everything in a timely manner, and keeps us in the loop as to any new procedures or changes the Sacramento court may have updated. Fast, efficient, served a hard to locate no one else could! Andy Harris got it done for us. Target of the service was a professional at being hard to locate. Andy and crew got the documents served fast. I will use this company again if I need anything served in Sacramento. In my case the papers were served fast and I was kept in the loop so I could assure my client that the issue was being resolved. No other service managed this as fast as Mr. Harris's company.

Poor service and rude Owner We sent a document to be served and Andy Harris called back stating that document wasn't a personal service document and if it couldn't be sub-served, he would return it. The documents included a Restraining order and the San Diego courts require Personal Service only. He argued and was just rude to my staff and me. He would not let me get a word in and talked over me and then hung up. This is the same owner who once told me that almost all small claims papers are served via "John Doe" sub service... read more

Unprofessional I sent a document to Andy Harris to be served. He didnt call me back until the end of the day to let me know he even had the document to begin with. Then when he called my office he had the nerve to state that my company wasnt listed on a National website. He stated any company can add credentials, and it could be phony. He didnt even spell the name of the owner correctly, and that is why he didnt see our company. He just lost a huge clientel.
