The rudest man answered the phone. Worst customer service I have encounter in a long time. I would not purchase anything from here. I even told him I would call back and acknowledged that he sounded very busy and he said “if you want an answer you better just stay on the phone” no thank you, I don’t let men speak to me that way. Buyer beware

I ordered a power track on 10/31 for $5742 and I have been yelled at if I even get a response and hung up on. Their customer service is awful and person relations are even worse. I still don’t have my item and my attorney is now having to get involved. I had a delivery date of 11/22 and never received the product. I got told for consecutive weeks after that it would ship each of those weeks. I never received a tracking number and received no communication when I reached out. The web site feels old, it takes too long to ship and it doesn't have tracking info once it shipped, also awful customer service for not saying non existing, if you buy something as a guest instead of registering you don't have how to track your order so you have to register anyway but now your new account doesn't have any orders so just sign in before buying. Updating that the item I bought two weeks ago hasn't arrived and I haven't had an answer from the company yet and there is no way to track it.
