Garbage service. They never update you, never come when they say, and good luck to you trying to get back in touch with them when you do have an issue. Go literally anywhere else. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Recently got my car shipped with Ralph the pickup date was April 8 I was ensured that the car could be dropped if in 2 days by April 11 I didn’t get my vehicle until the fifteenth . First I never received a invoice from the transaction so I had to call and get that and the driver’s information and it was like pulling teeth. We have transported a ton of vehicles with Ralph and American Auto Transport, and the most recent just topped it off for me because he screwed my customer $150.00 and has decided not to reply or refund him the money. As business owner we always want to make sure the quote is accurate for our clients. He quoted me $650.00 then spoke to the actual transporter and she advised me that the broker had already agreed and signed the form and the transport was actually $800.00! UNRELIABLE, DON'T USE THEM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Dealt with Ralph, absolute disaster. Made an appointment for a Saturday, told them I'm flexible and they can come to the car shop where my car was anytime they want since I'm there all day. After 3pm still nobody showed so I started calling them.
