Patrica From Customer service desk at united airline- 1st floor- is the best! Our flight to Asia got delayed, luggages unable to check in, ticket info became unclear, seats were chose were no longer available, became 3 legged trip from 2. We were tossed around booth to booth, no other united airline customer service/ kiosks/ luggage check in workers wanting to figure it out for us.
