What an amazing airport. Bathrooms are clean, service is great, many options to eat. I forgot I was flying. Will have to visit this airport again. So much to explore.
One of the worst airlines when it comes to customer service and on time performance. I flew from Austin to Newark to Delhi. The first leg of flight was delayed Austin to Newark which led to me missing Newark Delhi flight. They rebooked me for next to next day flight (after 48 hours later). There was no body at the Helpdesk to book me earlier. They just took away 2 days from life :(
A four hour flight turned into a 12 hour multi airport experience. Mechanical issues left initial flight and plane delayed by 3 hours. We then had insufficient fuel to land at our destination resulting in diversion. Of course our flight crew times out leaving us stranded at the diverted airport for 3 hours until we again departed and landed with a 7 hour total delay. FAA rules state non weather delays greater than 4 hours are reimbursed but United says they won’t reimbursed. Don’t ever fly United
