Paid for wifi, the said I can stream, but blocked every streaming site. Tried to get a refund, they threw up so many hoops it was impossible. So I got scammed and robbed. I also had a flight delayed and lost money on prebooked lodging. They refused to compensate me. I have been treated extremely poorly by corporate (flight staff has been kind). I like to be a person of my word so I'm writing this review in regards to my most recent experience. I was headed for a trip to Thailand with a close relative. The flight was postponed to a later time due to severe weather which was understandable. When we finally boarded the plane, we waited. Lost both our checked bags, stuck in Belize for a week with no clothes. How hard can it be to move luggage?? Call and of course all I get is “we ain’t do nuffin” Never flying through here again

In many ways I found it positive but I really found unpleasant that I never got the chicken menu in the premium economy. It looks like everyone who pre order always got the chicken menu and in 3 flight I never got it and they always asked if I pre order or not to make a decision.
