awful no help the aircraft broke and couldn’t even leave did nothing about barely have updates and when did said nothing had changed
Shout out to United Airlines agent Hailu at TPA. He showed me how to use the app to change my seat and changed it for me. This flight to LAX has TVs, complementary ear buds, power outlets and even blankets on board. The app is keeping me well informed of gate changes and letting me know transfer time with my connection!
