Pickup ran pretty smoothly
Thanks to United ticket, gate agents & flight crew yesterday, 3/25/26. Checking in at 4:30am & boarding 7:55am- all agents & flight crew were exceptionally polite & professional. Their courteous & helpful service greatly appreciated during such challenging travel times!
The worst. Cant get their spot at the gate when landed. Charge u for a bag that fits within personal item dimension as a checked bag just because it got rollers! Clowns.
