Treated every one fairly. Knowledgeable and helpful.
United as a whole is a great airline. Personally my favorite airline in the US. I've always had good experiences with them flying out of BNA and elsewhere. Of course there are those times when customer service lacks, flights are delayed, etc. but what airline doesn't have that. I try not to let one bad experience or two affect my loyalty to an airline. Overall, I like United.

The attendant at the gate was so rude in so many ways
Picked up some baggage for my other job went to baggage claim female employee there was great couldn't be better couldn't get better service thank you
