Terrible experience. Help is non existent

Absolutely awful. Sat in the airport for 4+ hours, gate attendant had no answers and was no help- A.I. signage and updates were all grossly inaccurate.
I recently lost a cell phone on my united flight and didn't realize it until later in the day. I immediately called the airline and talked to about 4 people who walked me thru the online lost and found form. After about 30 minutes I was informed that they had found it and it was safe at the desk. I couldn't believe my luck. I just wanted to thank everyone involved including the good Samaritan who turned it in. So professional and helpful. I am truly thankful for what they did for me.
