I normally use another airline but wanted to try a different one and a buddy told me to try United. I booked my flights with ease and getting through to customer service was a breeze as well. My issue only happened when I decided to move my flight by a couple days. Never had an issue with my normal airline when it came to this so my advice is to read the fine print. Book literally any other airline out of Lubbock, Tx unless you want 6+ hour delays and missed connecting flights.
