Worst airline ever!! My husband was booked for the 8:00am flight to Denver to start a new job, and he arrived at the counter at 7:15am (complying with United's 45 min. rule) but the ladies at the counter were talking to one another and when they finally came to the counter to help him (it was 7:17am)...they told him he was too late and would not let him on the flight (which was not even boarding yet). I normally use another airline but wanted to try a different one and a buddy told me to try United. I booked my flights with ease and getting through to customer service was a breeze as well. My issue only happened when I decided to move my flight by a couple days. Never had an issue with my normal airline when it came to this so my advice is to read the fine print. It was cheaper for me to purchase another ticket with United Airlines, which I did, than to just pay a small fee to move my flight. I thought it would be just a ... read more
