By far the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. I will probably never fly with united again in my life. First my flight got delayed due to a maintenance issue. The flight was supposed to be at 7am. It got delayed to 1am. Then 630pm. Then supposedly indefinitely until the next day. I received no compensation and had to book a hotel overnight. I was told by a customer service agent before I left the airport that I would be compensated by putting me on a first class flight with delta the next morning at 520am. I ge... read more

Flight is 45 mins late to depart. No updates from staff as they keep silently shifting the time further back in 10 min increments. Delays happen but the dopey look on the mute staff as customers find out about their connecting flights on their apps makes me wonder why I book flights with this airline. Consistently terrible service
