There is always a problem when everybody is on board. This place never takes the time to inspect aircrafts before people are already in the plane. If you have a close connection you may lose it.
Absolutely embarrassing, every time I fly United out of Bismarck there ends up being something wrong with the plane or the pilots, this particular instance they made us de-plane after having the entire morning to check and perform maintenance on the plane. What makes it even worse is they won’t tell us the issue or give an expected timeframe in which it’ll be solved.
They can’t even add my TSA number.
