Most likely will be reporting this to the Dept of Transportation, me along with a dozen others had a HORRENDOUS experience - Booked a connecting flight from Richmond, DC, to CLE. The departure first was at 11pm for the connecting flight in IAD, but suddenly it updated, that it had already left at 10:47! I stood there looking at the plane sitting on the runway while talking to an agent when denied boarding, (took a snapshot of the status tracking, note the times) along with about a dozen others who were also denied boarding, ... read more

Unethical practice! The flight is on-time for boarding, but flight is oversold. They have asked for volunteers however they are threatening to hold off boarding the entire flight until someone volunteers to take another flight. They are offering $700. Not enough for most to disrupt travel plans. So let's punish the whole flight and see how many miss connections.

This CLE to LAX direct is the freaking best thing you've done in years. Smooth boarding, organized seating, smooth flight and just a great "hit the gas and get us there" experience! You are my new Fav.
