After the Islamic terrorist attack in NYC I thought I'd support American companies. Bought over $3k shares in United in 2001. They canceled my shares! No anything from them. So never again will I support this screwed up company or fly with them
Paid for wifi, the said I can stream, but blocked every streaming site. Tried to get a refund, they threw up so many hoops it was impossible. So I got scammed and robbed. I also had a flight delayed and lost money on prebooked lodging. They refused to compensate me. I have been treated extremely poorly by corporate (flight staff has been kind).
