Service needs improvement
If you are flying out early, customer service doesn't open until 7:30. If you show up any earlier nobody will help you and their self-services don't do bags because they can't even take your bags until 7:30 also. They should put a sign up that says they will not be opening up till 7:30. So that people can just sit down and wait for them instead of waiting in line
They fit the accommodations for special requests really fast
Great staff and great airline. Check in with quick and easy. And when the plane had mechanical issues and they knew that I was going to miss my connection, they rebooked me for the next day and gave me a voucher for a hotel room for free. United has always had great service especially out of small airports like this. And even though they only run small regional jets, those planes are nice and relatively comfortable for their size.
Clean well lit location easy to maneuver. The security checkpoint even on a very crowded day didn't take long to make it through.
