Flight attendants are not friendly. I have a 100% delayed flights the last couple months. Now I am delayed again. I stopped flying United for about 10 years and started flying Delta. Delta is the worst at taking care of their frequent flyers. So I stopped flying my 120,000 miles a year on delta and switched to United this year. With the exception of the delayed flights and uncomfortable seats United hasn’t been bad. They do need to hire friendly flight attendants. We need a flyer bill of rights. Where should I begin…as soon as we walked off the elevator and headed toward the kiosks, workers were on their phones and standing around chit chatting paying no attention to customers even after REPEATED requests for help with the machine. At security, even with TSA pre-check, I was wanded for something showing up on my shoulder (I literally have nothing and am with a cloth bra) and since I was wanded, I had to remove my shoes. United Business Class | UA1949 | This Is What $1,200 in Airfare Gets You As a Google Local Guide Level 6 with 360+ contributions, I write what I actually find. This is what I found. I just flew 4+ hours from San Juan to Houston in business class. Connecting flight. Long travel day. I board UA1949 as one of the first five passengers on the plane.
