Mixed experience with United Airlines. Check-in and boarding were fairly smooth, and the crew on board was professional and courteous. The flight itself was on time, which is always a big plus. That said, comfort and value can be inconsistent depending on the aircraft and route. Seat space felt tight, and onboard amenities were fairly basic unless you’re in a higher class. Horrible customer service! This customer service rep threatened to kick my 10 year old son off of his flight because I asked about his boarding pass. He was supposed to board first, but throughout the hectic boarding process he was passed up. When I asked when he should board, they responded "your gonna have to wait now" I gladly waited. When final call was announced I asked if its ok for him to board now. The lady pictured then threatened to kick my son off the flight if we didn't wait. ​If I could give United Airlines zero stars, I would. I used to think the absolute worst case scenario with air travel was a simple delay. United proved me completely wrong by turning a standard domestic flight into a multi-day psychological experiment in human endurance and corporate apathy.

Best
