Enough with the single use plastic cups! Air travel is environmentally intensive enough—please offer your customers the dignity of an on-air beverage without the forced consumption of single use plastic. By 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish, and nearly 95% of plastics do not get recycled, even with best intentions and efforts. Worst experience really mean we booked a ticket with luggage and they said it was not added they said either we pay either we LEAVE this airline is the same thing as spirit.

Flying United Airlines from SeaTac Airport is a 50/50 experience. The longer flights tend to be better. The shorter flights, not so good. I used to fly to the Bay Area regularly; I gave up on UA for those flights. UA has been reducing their footprint in SeaTac Airport for many years now. If anything is wrong, it takes longer to fix because the resources simply aren't readily available. Everything gets backed up subsequently. Flying to EWR is a good newer plane - 737 Max. The staff tends to be nice.

Once you fight your way through the A‑Concourse chaos — the herds of passengers, the shrieking kids, and the parents who seem committed to pretending none of it is happening — the United gates at the far end feel like stepping into a different airport entirely. absolutely horrible experience traveling to and from vancouver. when we touched down there was a storm going on outside and it wound down to a drizzle after about 2 hours but they held us on the tarmac for five hours. 10pm to 3am. we were on the tarmac for longer than the total flight. then i was trying to get home and they cancelled my flight and i have the united app and it's been six hours since the flight was officially canceled and i have not received a single notification about it, via email or the app. if i hadn't arr... read more
