I’m here two hours early for my flight, and there is no one servicing anyone. There is a huge line. Very frustrating.
I will never use united airlines again. I will plan anything I do around not using united airlines. I’m not accustomed to traveling with a checked bag (I ended up paying for it twice) they can’t be bothered to put the counter times in the automated check in text. Wouldn’t let me on the plane because of it. Nothing until tomorrow and they just really acted like they could care less about any of it.
