Standing in line for over a hour and no receptionist personal are available to check my bags in. The remote bag check machine is done.
My first time getting on a plane coming from VA to Houston it wasn't bad🫡 🫣was a little scared @first smh,but for the most part I got to&from safely 🫡
Got here two hours early. Lady denied us check in until 1 45 min of boarding, not able to check in either because terminals are down and 17 people waiting and no employee to be found still. (Flight leaves in 30 min now. Still at the entrance of the airport. Because they’re refusing to help. United airlines.
I’m here two hours early for my flight, and there is no one servicing anyone. There is a huge line. Very frustrating.
