The women at the United ticket counter were very helpful after TSA required me to check my rollaboard bag. It was just after the cutoff for when checked bags are taken to the plane when I arrived from the security checkpoint. Instead of telling me that I was out of luck, one of the agents said she would personally take my bag right then to the plane, to ensure that it went on my flight. I sincerely appreciated this exemplary customer service!
It was just okay nothing special.
This may change, but they lost my luggage. The connecting flight was absolutely brutal as they had a delay & I was 5 minutes from missing my flight after sprinting for my life. Status update on my checked bag has not been updated 48 hours after I flew & have notified them every single day without an answer. I thank the United crew for attempting to help me, but the Syracuse United Airline team has been very disappointing.
