Time for a new airline. This is the 3rd time I have flown united and had a significant delay here in less than a year. Estimated 7 hours after 5 pushback updates over text due to a broken light they have to have flown in. Why not check the plane the night before for the 1st flight out? To make it better there are 0 employees at any of the united desks so we can't get an update about if the part is actually on its way yet or not. The lack of communication is unreal.
The women at the United ticket counter were very helpful after TSA required me to check my rollaboard bag. It was just after the cutoff for when checked bags are taken to the plane when I arrived from the security checkpoint. Instead of telling me that I was out of luck, one of the agents said she would personally take my bag right then to the plane, to ensure that it went on my flight. I sincerely appreciated this exemplary customer service!
It was just okay nothing special.
