We had a flight out of vegas at 11 pm that got delayed until after midnight... Fine until we MISSED OUR NEXT FLIGHT from chicago, we only had 3 minutes to get to the next terminal. The next flight they offered us wasn't available until 9pm. We all had to work. We ended up just renting a car, and requested a refund. THEY DENIED THE REFUND! HOW? THIS WAS THEIR FAULT. They even owe us money for the checked bags we didn't use!
It's all about the money. The announcement said they would like for people to check bags. Then you get to the counter and boom. That will be $35. No thanks
Cancelled flight with no assistance in re-booking or make it right. United use to be such a good airline. What a shame. Now they are awful.
They kept sending wrong text message for departure time and then sent out a message that they flight now has less delay. How can a flight leave before time?
