The security here is bad, I was patted down 3 times because the design of my clothes somehow triggered the screen when I walked through, and someone even thought I was not the same person on my license even though it was clearly me I’m discussed with how they treat the passengers.
Avoid both Ahvana L. and Leonie P. at baggage check. They have the worst customer service skills of anyone I have ever met. How they still have jobs blows my mind. They were incredibly rude, inconsiderate and did not care about anyones concerns or if you miss your flight. They tag team one another to make sure you are miserable and will do anything in their power to ensure you are unhappy. There needs to be a minus star for this. The baggage check is horrible and Leonie and Ahvana need to be fired. exceptionally rude, would not admit they were wrong and refused to check a bag for no good reason. The two of them going over the head of United Management and an okay from TSA saying that "there was an incident" and they didn't feel that a 6yr olds carry on luggage was acceptable. Disappointed. Told the lady I was military and she just threw my luggage and said ok thank you. I figured I'd get my priority sticker but she didn't care for the slightest.
United broke my luggage, and made it excruciatingly difficult to file a claim. Terrible customer service and overall experience.
