I have a great appreciation for the flight attendants on our flight. My friend I was traveling with was very ill sure to her cancer treatments. They took the best care of her and we are so grateful for all they did to help us. Yet I have bad with the good. We had flight delays to Denver which was not fun but it happens. But once we arrived in Denver and were trying to board our other flight to get to the final destination the lady working the desk checking us in made us pay extra for our bags that were carried on the flight ... read more

Americans could do well to get training, ort at least take lessons from our Asian counterparts in hospitality; WE ARE BEHIND and sorely lacking. The right words, such as hello, thank you, etc., come out, but lack genuine authenticity and are cursory at best. Keep in mind that airline travel, though hustle and hustle, is a SERVICE industry, and YOU, UNITED AIRLINES, have competition. Don't take your PASSING CUSTOMERS for granted. ACT like you appreciate my choice to have chosen you!

Its Ok, skip the onboard snacks very small and little drink, power outlets didnt work. Stewardess was kind and helpful though. Something was wrong with the plane and delayed almost 2 hours. Chicago to Memphis.
