Friendly and knowledgeable ground staff always willing to help!
It's now impossible to check in online for your flight unless you give them a credit card in case they decide randomly to charge you (like, if they think your carry on bag is too big as you board the plane). That's a huge violation of customer rights. I already paid for the ticket. Let me check in! Furthermore the app is buggy and didn't respond when I clicked "I accept" to this ludicrous policy (the alternative being "don't check in"). WORST Airline ever. They left my CARRY ON bag on the bridge and it never made it to my destination. I had NO CLOTHES and NO MEDS. I they authorized me to buy clothes with a digital compensation that was sent to an incorrect email. Now after a dozen calls and emails they are dragging their feet. I feel horrible and this remains unresolved.
Dumb staff at the counter, constant delays, waited 3 hours to get luggage after.
