After making me miss a connection, they tried giving me another double flight, that didn’t take off until after midnight, then I would have to pay for a hotel and get up at 3:30 am to catch another flight. There was no help desk as I was told the CEO just cancelled that service. American Airlines is worse, but massive drop in all airline service. Avoid if possible.
An atrocious ticket counter. Very poorly run and understaffed. To compound the probelm, the ticket agent was unhelpful and entirely disinterested in assisting any of the travelers. The service fell far short of what is typical for United. Next time I fly out of Harrisburg International I will absolutely fly another airline.
No one is here to check us in for 45 minutes
I had a great experience flying out of the Harrisburg Airport on United Flight #UA5637 on 4/10/23. I was traveling with a toddler while pregnant, and the employees made my flight so much easier. Martin, who was at the check-in counter and at the gate, was so friendly and accommodating. He came to me proactively to gate check my stroller while I was feeding my son. There was also a younger blonde flight attendant who tried to help me when my phone froze and was so kind. Thank you!
