I live on a small town. Props to United for being there when no one else will. That comes with drawbacks. The service is just not good. I frequently fly out of our small town and it seems as if it's always something. Some reason or another we're gonna be late or a cancelation. It's been a steady decline.
Once again delayed United flight...if you need to be timely avoid United Airlines!!
