If I could post no stars, I would. I recently flew from Tucson to Portland Maine. I paid 550.00 for two seats, then was charged another 450.00 so that my girlfriend and I could be guaranteed to sit together. Otherwise our seats would be chosen for us. When I called United about this, I got ZERO customer service. you got my money this time, NEVER AGAIN UNITED!!!!!
First we were delayed 3 hours so we had to schedule a new flight bc we didn't make our Chicago flight. Then, we got delayed 8 hours on that flight! We had to stay in a hotel without any of our stuff! Later, we finally got where we needed, and then found out that they left our stuff at Chicago! So we had to stay another 2 nights to wait for our stuff! Then we had to go home bc we wasted our trip, and not to mention, had to wear the same clothes! Wonderful Trip!
