The flight attendant was filling out the water from washroom and adding ice manually to them! OMG. No bottle of water!
Fly with them if you want to risk dying..
I had a flight with United to/from Ottawa a little while back. My flight back to the US was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connection, so they put me on a different flight leaving 5 hours later. This was after I'd already passed through customs, so it was impossible to leave the airport. The law says that the airline is supposed to provide meal vouchers if there's a delay longer than 3 hours, but they told me "because the original delay was weather related, we don't give meal vouchers." Absolutely vile and rotten airline. Melissa Dawson the manager flat out lied to me. And now is playing this game to ignore me. Shaelagh pretended to help. This airline is the worst of the worst. Completely ruined my vacation and is costing me thousands of dollars. United is useless, i am in Qikiqtarjuaq without my ski expedition gear. Lies lies lies it never ends with these terrible people. Exceeded my worst expectations.
