Today, February 20 around 1:30 PM at Palm Springs Airport, a wonderful United Airlines ticket counter agent helped me recover my phone during a stressful moment. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark red-auburn straight hair in a short ponytail and the most beautiful smile. Her kindness and genuine care truly made my day. I’m very grateful — United Airlines is lucky to have her. I wish her a beautiful, wonderful day today and every day💕🥰
Hard to find a parking spot. A s.s flight was delayed and we weren't told. ABC's when we were up to ask we found out if we had of took that flight were would of been stuck at the airport in San Francisco for an nnn entire day. We're had to rebook for the next day.
