My plane was delayed by 9 hours and the "customer service" representatives told all of us that the best they could do was give us hotel vouchers and make us call the United customer service hotline to rebook. This entire process was an absolute disgrace and I would recommend that you book with anybody else other than this company at this airport. I will never fly with them again from here.
The App really sucks and its hard to get any consistent information on it and it doesn't work very well! United Airlines fails to give options on cancelations and rebooking information and you feel like they just left you hanging in the wind without any correct information or options on what to do next, I would consider not booking with this Airlines because they don't seem to care about you or the situation that they put you in!
