Just an overall lack of preparation from staff at their front desk services. No one available to handle customers within a 2 hr window of flight takeoff , just overall adds to the stress of traveling
Absolute worse service I’ve ever had I’ll never even think about flying united again. They damaged my bag and the staff couldn’t find a single united employee to file this claim within 4 hours. I’d rather fly spirit then deal with United again.
