My father is a client and they have the most friendliest drivers and staff. They treat you like family. Totally recommend .
I have been a client for 2 weeks now. The dispatch can be a little touchy. They didn't realize I had hard times with other transportation and needed to make sure that they would not forget about me. The drivers so far have been excellent. I do appreciate that since they pick me up 30 minutes before my insurance scheduled pick up time they understand that I will get out of my dialysis treatment earlier and tend to come a little early so that I don't have to wait a long time after my dialysis.
