Trying to collect a debt that isn’t mine, threatening to sue for it. SSN and name doesn’t even match. Told them to contact me via mail, they refuse and keep calling multiple times a day.
I was lied to that they didn’t have an account in my name they wanted me to verify the account through the credit bureau’s which it would be confirmed so even after I paid the account in full they would still continue to keep the negative remark on my credit for seven years before I authorized payment I asked when will this account be deleted off of my credit report I was told 90 days that came and went then I was told a series of lie all of which I called them out on then I was told it’d be 90 days from June 6, 2025 that ca... read more
