Easy drop off and pick up
United airlines has really gone downhill. The space between the seats is insanely small so much worse than southwest. I think they might be even worse than Spirit airway who's now out of business.
United delayed my flight twice and ultimately canceled it because the crew could not operate due to required rest. I had to return that night because I was responsible for patient care the next morning. I called United for help, explained the situation, and followed the instructions of their representative. The United agent specifically told me to cancel my United flight and book a replacement flight on Southwest. He assured me that the replacement ticket would be reimbursed.
