Employee (Indian women with lot of jewels) at sacramento airport on 4/29 at about 5.15 am is very very very rude raising her voice & finger at customer in front of everybody . Instead of helping customers with simple questions She is showing very bad attitude , rudeness that too infront of everybody about 50 + people . Not all people fly everyday .
Flew United, the flight attendants were very nice. The pilot made announcements about the weather, possibly going to cause turbulence.
Missed my flight because I was one minute to check my bag. I asked if I could have them send the bag on a later flight as their policy said I am able to and the woman behind the counter gave me a horrendous attitude and said no. My work had to reschedule me with American as United wasn’t going to be able to fly me out until tomorrow which is not going to work because of the meetings I have. Thank the lord.
