Flight was good. So this is not a reflection on that part. What this review is for, comes down to having to wait 30 mins+ for our bags to get to the 1 carousel that we have. My bag shows up faster at much larger airports!
United airlines check in line was out the front door of the airport! Only 1 lady at the desk.
United airlines is by far the worst airline that I ever came across in my entire life. They had a delay on my connecting flight so they had me rebooked while I was at the airport already. Just waiting for almost twelve hours real quick at the airport and then have over eight hours of total layover between flights on the way from Missoula Montana to Portland Maine is just way beyond of what’s acceptable. They didn’t put my luggage to my plane from DEN to MSO, waited for 1.5 hours to leaned that disappointment, waited another half an hour for them to show up at the check in counter, filed claim about the delayed luggage, left airport after 3 hours my plane landed. Then the plane my luggage was supposed to be on was delayed for 13 hours and I have still not gotten my luggage delivered to the house yet.
