Good service
Flight 1256 on 2/1 departing CLT. Pilot needs to stop his BS sales pitch on our delay. 40 mins ago he said it will be a handful of minutes to repair the front wheel issue. Then it was 15 mins, then 30, then we are ready but need to do paperwork. What a joker. Nobody buying what you’re selling. Be more professional. Also United, maintain your planes. First flight of the day and you blew it. Thanks for nothing.
I would like to give a 0 rating to the Charlotte, NC Airport United Airlines Counter Representative named "Flo" and the representative next to her who refused to give her name (heavyset African American woman). Both were exceptionally rude and nasty. It was very early morning with absolutely no one in line. They had scowls on their face as we were approaching-- horrible dispositions. I usually do not fly United Airlines, and I certainly will NOT anymore. I have been flying for 50+ years; I have never been treated so badly.
It was my birthday and thay gave so so many toys and chips and candy I love it so much we always fly united from Charlotte NC to Chicago ilinois
