I was doing a connection in IAH, from Hawaiitill Brazil. They checked my bag only till Houston, instead of checking till Brazil. Before I left my flight I asked 3 united employees if I needed to check my bag there again or not, every of them said that the bag was going directly to Brazil. But when I was checking for my flight to Brazil they asked me to check again, so I went to the baggage claim that It was with any employee there, no notice saying If someone was going to came there or no. Ground crews are extremely rude and mean. Clearly, they should’ve never worked in the service industry.
United does not take care of their members.
Happy holidays to all, today I had one of the worse experiences ever, it feels worse because of the holidays, it was a computer error with my itinerary, it took me a while to find my gate, going from A to E, stopping every time I could to ask for help, once that o arrive to my gate, I ask for help and Damaris F.
