Overbooking and unprofessional in this airport makes everyone miss their connections
I’ve flown many times through SDF for personal travel, but never one have I received the disrespect I got today. United Airlines denied my wife and I a gate pass as two ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY SERVICEMEMBERS (which is a UNITED WIDE policy) due to recent activity at TSA. That’s not even the worst part, I asked TSA about it and they weren’t even tracking the situation United made up. I have bad experience ever with United airways. I was thinking about giving bad reviews but could not get chance. When I asked help for boarding pass staff was so ignorant and showed up with anger surprised as the policy was was like that or I was the only one who got treated like that. Also during flight from Newark to Dubai air hostage was also very awful. My mom asked for Cole he has other side of the table but he was healing like that’s the only one I got.
