I have bad experience ever with United airways. I was thinking about giving bad reviews but could not get chance. When I asked help for boarding pass staff was so ignorant and showed up with anger surprised as the policy was was like that or I was the only one who got treated like that. Also during flight from Newark to Dubai air hostage was also very awful. My mom asked for Cole he has other side of the table but he was healing like that’s the only one I got. No tenemos otro cerca que le haga competencia pero debo decir que es un lugar muy amplio,muy limpio,el personal es respetuoso y amable;pocas opciones de restaurantes.

I Arrived at the Louieville, KY SDF ticket counter at 3:30 Am for a flight that was departing at 5:25 AM upon arrival the counter was not open there we're close to 50 people already I checked Google to see what time they would open it said between 3-4 am at around 4:40 they opened their was no direction as to where you were to line up . What a Mess not to mention when I asked the counter person a question she said in a rude tone you will have to wait ! Very un professional.

Horrible experience with United Airlines. Our connecting flight in Chicago was initially delayed by 2 hours, then pushed to almost a 6-hour delay. On top of that, our baggage was also delayed. Extremely frustrating and poorly handled, especially after such a long travel day. Definitely not the experience we expected.
