As a vendor that has worked with Unitech for over 15 years I will say that the company as a whole is amazing. I saw some of the other reviews and felt the need to mention that they have been a true gem for me to work with. The management teams that I have dealt with over time genuinely care about people and though nobody is perfect, they all do their best. As mentioned, from what I have seen, the employees on the floor are also absolutely top notch and great to work alongside.

I used to work for Unitech. The discrepancy started then. I was to receive a bonus of $250 for recommending an employee. But because they decided, on their own record, that they called that employee in to work a week before myself. So, I lost that. Next is, I was given a MQA status(promotion) in which I was to receive a $1.00/hr raise. That didn’t happen. I was in their apprenticeship program. On the surface, Unitech is a good company. Tons of potential to be not just world class, but a league of their own. Unfortunately, Management spends a lot of their time saying the right things, but doing none of them. They smile and nod a lot, with lots of lip service, but no real consideration. Their true culture is one of 'CYOA'. Production employees are generally blamed for every mistake that is made, especially mistakes made in an office. Best times of my life was working at this company!!! I attained so much knowledge and personal growth through Unitech/AGC!!! Would definitely recommend working at their facility.things were crazy during COVID and new management so I decided to step away and ventured out and now I wish I'd never left.....
