Hi. I’ve reached out several times and no responses to my email. I’ve requested in my email to please help me change the date of my booking for an event I’ve purchased in December this year and I haven’t even received an acknowledgment email. There is no phone number listed that actually works. What does it take to get someone to respond to an email?
I've emailed them twice now over a bad experience with one of their events. No response. It's really sad when a christian event organizer behaves in a manner that leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.

I got an email saying they were going to refund tickets to people who couldn’t make it to the For King and Country concert. So I emailed saying I would like a refund. I’ve emailed three times over the last few weeks and I’ve gotten no response. They have no phone number that I can find either. Don’t buy tickets from them!
