Great idea, wrong staff. After missing my appointment due to the downtown street closures, they rescheduled me even though the place was empty. They also didn't want to validate the 40-dollar parking after not having any parking validations for my last visit, and I wasn't informed earlier so I could park on the street instead. I'll NEVER come back there.
