Had an appointment at 6pm. Once I walked in the lady at the front doesnt even greet you, I asked her how is the process there and she said "if you want take a seat" I asked if the other 4 people ahead of me where waiting and ahe said yes they were. I asked if it was by appointment because I had an appointment at 6, she said yes it's by appointment but I had to wait for the other 4 people. That means it could literally be 1 - 2 hrs wait.. right ? Drove from Anaheim for nothing
