I called to make an appointment and wanted to know what was covered by my insurance. The receptionist refused to assist me. I tried calling my insurance company and they told me they could not help me. However, the doctor's office would have to contact the insurance company to give the proper codes needed. All I am trying to do is to receive medical attention and this office staff would not help me.
