My first visit to the store. Nice garments at fair prices. Good for what it is, but four staff members stood in a group talking and laughing with their backs to me as I browsed. One server saw me heading for the change rooms and asked if I was okay to try something on. I said I was. As it turned out, I needed a different size, but no one came to check on me. In store shopping is terrible with no help in the change rooms and when approaching the counter for help with different sizes I’m often told to order it online. When I’ve had to return an online item the procedure is different every time with no refund receipt or confirmation given so you’re never quite sure if it’s been processed. I’ve actually had to ring the online helpline to confirm a refund recently.
Tilly and Chloe were so amazingly nice and friendly! Helped me so far and beyond!!
My experiences at Unison in Claremont have been nothing but top tier! I went in on the 20th of December and was assisted by two staff members who were endlessly helpful and sweet. They offered such great advice on how to style the items and made suggestions. They were so sweet that I went in again today to say thank you. A shame about the past reviews however it does not reflect the current store nor employees at all. Thanks again for all your help 🥹 ~bree
I have come into this store on multiple occasions and never once been greeted. The staff don’t even look like they are busy they just don’t seem to have any customer service skills. I also think $150 for a dress that is completely see through is a rip off.
