Fantastic customer service by all staff. Big shout out to SK who went over and above to ensure we had the correct size.
The team working tonight were phenomenal. I had never visited unison before, I happened to be walking past and had a look inside. I was greeted immediately with a smile, explaining sales across the store and a complimentary drink and treat. They didn’t care what you looked like or who you were, they were happy to have you shop with them. I purchased two tops and will be back!
Jake gave me such great style advice and helped me find the perfect look for my date. Beyond that, he was so nice and helpful. Will be spending a lot more money at Unison thanks to him 🙂
5 stars for Jake at the Unison store went beyond yi help me with an exchange. Amazing customer service!!!
