I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff member didn’t make any effort to engage or assist while I was trying on items, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing shopping experience. I would recommend purchasing online instead as you'd get more assistance from a chat bot.

Love the clothes but customer service skills needs to improve.
Went in to buy a dress for a work event and I had to serve myself. Two ladies working stood by the counter and did not say much until I walked over asking for the change room. Then had to walk out wearing the dress-to grab myself another size and they just watched as I served myself, no offer to grab the new size for me. They looked bored and had no intention of doing their jobs at all!! Disappointing
I really got a bad experience - went yesterday for shopping but found there is zero customer service with very bad attitude. You can see/understand from staff’s body language. Need to work on it . Thanks
